<div>My name is Lady, I’ve done many jobs just to name a few; former restaurant assistant manager, clinical assistant, former military and a former foster and pet parent. So after all that still asking for help  like this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I’ve always tried to be strong, independent, and capable of taking care of myself. But the truth is, my health has reached a point where I can no longer manage on my own.

<div>Over time, I’ve been dealing with a combination of serious physical and mental injuries that have changed my life completely. I’m living with a traumatic brain injury, collapsed lungs, fractured ribs, asthma, anemia, vertigo, chronic migraines, and severe back pain and spasms — along with other complications that affect me every single day.

<div>These conditions don’t just cause pain; they limit my ability to function in almost every area of my life. Tasks like walking, standing, focusing, breathing comfortably, or even getting through a normal day without dizziness or severe pain have become extremely difficult. The TBI affects my memory and concentration, the vertigo makes me unsteady, the migraines can be debilitating, and the combination of lung issues and anemia leaves me constantly exhausted and short of breath.

<div>Because of all of this, I’m unable to work right now — not because I don’t want to, but because my body simply cannot handle it. I’m struggling to live independently and keep up with the most basic necessities. Medical appointments, treatments, medications, and the cost of everyday living have become overwhelming. I’m doing everything I can to hold on, but I’ve reached a point where I truly can’t do it alone.
