<div>The Klein family would like to share that Lou has recently been diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), an incurable progressive neurodegenerative disease that impacts a person’s ability to move, speak, eat, and breathe. True to the Lou we know, this diagnosis has not dampened Lou's indomitable spirit, love for family and friends, wicked sense of humor, and tremendous heart, but it has dramatically altered his daily activities.
