He lives every day with a serious mental illness that affects every part of his life — from the most basic daily tasks to maintaining relationships, employment, and overall well-being.

<div>Despite our best efforts, the help he needs simply isn't available through traditional systems. We've encountered endless waitlists, denied coverage, and a mental health care system that too often fails those who need it most. It's so heartbreaking to watch someone you love struggle and suffer without the support they deserve.

<div>For years I’ve been carrying the financial burden due to a lack of systemic support for youth struggling with mental health disorders and, as a teacher, I simply cannot bear it alone anymore, so I am asking for the help our government has failed to give us.
