<div>Hey family and friends and anyone I will meet along the way,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With much contemplation and even more hyperindepence, I am coming in all my humility to share my journey of recently being diagnosed with Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (mTNBC) Stage 2 N3. This diagnosis has turned my world upside down, but I am fighting with everything I have to be here for my young child.

<div>My Journey So Far
</div>
<div>I have been undergoing rigorous treatment for some time now, and thankfully, my doctors are seeing a positive response. After what I hope will be my last 6 weeks of chemotherapy the next crucial step in my journey will be surgery, followed by a continued path to healing and recovery.
</div>

</div>
<div>The Financial Strain
</div>
<div>The physical and emotional toll of cancer is immense, but the financial burden has added another layer of overwhelming stress. Due to my health and the demanding nature of treatment, I have been unable to work.
</div>
<div>Compounding this difficulty, my application for disability was denied, which I've been trying to get approved for 7 months now. This unexpected setback has left us without a vital financial safety net.
</div>
<div>With living expenses piling up and a young child dependent on me, I am navigating this journey with a heavy heart, struggling to make ends meet while simultaneously focusing on my health. (Ha, so much for less stress).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Update as of January 2026: I finished my 2nd round of chemotherapy treatment mid December a total of 24 weeks. Although treatment seemed promising from the initial round of chemotherapy, results from a second mamogram show my tumors are continuously growing. Surgery is urgently needed which is scheduled within the next few weeks followed by radiation.

<div>How Your Support Helps
</div>
<div>I am asking for any help you can offer to get us through the upcoming few months, in hopes my disability will then get approved. Your donations will directly cover essential living expenses, including: housing and utilities: Ensuring a stable, warm home for my child and I.
</div>
<div>Vehicle and basic necessities: Providing reliable private transportation to treatments and daily essentials.
</div>
<div>Medical co-pays and treatment-related costs: Covering expenses not fully covered by insurance.
</div>
<div>By contributing, you are giving me the peace of mind to focus entirely on healing, attending my appointments, recovering from surgery, and most importantly, being present for my child during this challenging time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank You in advance
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any donation, no matter how small, makes a profound difference. If you are unable to donate, please share my story with your networks. Your support, prayers, and well wishes mean the world to my family and I as we navigate this journey.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and generosity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love and gratitude,
</div>
<div>Lauren
