Join Jonathan's Battle for His Girls' Safety

My name is Jonathan Reyes; I am a loving and devoted father of two beautiful girls, ages (9) and (7). Until a few months ago, I would get my daughters every Tuesday, Thursday, and every other weekend. I was recently awarded primary guardianship in April after having them live with me full-time for about two months before their mother, my ex-wife, signed them over to me under the condition that she could still see them on certain weekends and that she did not have to pay child support. She was jobless at the time and said she was unable to tend to the children properly because of not being mentally stable. I tried to help her to the best of my ability and gladly took over the primary rights of both girls; however, as time passed, she quickly changed her mind due to no longer receiving +nancial child support from me. She attempted to get a temporary restraining order based on false accusations, so the judge rejected the request. However, when we met in court, the judge decided to grant her temporary primary guardianship until we could go back to trial due to her being the biological mother and having seller’s remorse about giving up my daughters. She is asking for me only to have supervised visits until I can get back on child support. At this time, she is jobless and staying with her mother, who is incapacitated. She leaves my daughters alone with her mother, who cannot get up and prepare them meals or ensure their safety. My daughters have been reaching out to me, begging to come back and live with me due to their mom constantly verbally and physically abusing them. They told me that they were only allowed to eat once a day. As a father who loves his children, this is breaking me. My only priority is to get them back. I hope that, with the help of a strong and knowledgeable lawyer, I can get my daughters safely and securely back home so that they can be happy and healthy.
