<div>100 Jefferson Avenue Block Association (100 JABA) is striving to hit a milestone in 2026. Our goal is to recruit a paid membership of 100 residents, including our local merchants and faith-based organizations. The current annual membership fee per household or individual is $25.00. For businesses and religious groups, the annual membership fee is $50.00.  Combined, we are aggressively working to raise over $2,500.00 in membership dues this year.

<div>considered "General Members" of the block association. "Members in
</div>
<div>Good Standing" subscribe to the Bylaws and have fully paid their

<div>membership dues. "Members in Good Standing" can vote on election
</div>
<div>of Officers and amendments to the Bylaws.
