John Lettner's Bucket List

We hope you can help us in honoring  my dad, John Lettner.  He is a beloved  father, grandfather, husband, brother, uncle, and friend. Early last month John recieved a lifechanging diagnosis of Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM). GBM is a very aggressive and hard to treat brain cancer. Due to the location of the tumor, surgery to remove the mass was not an option. He has recently started radiation and chemotherapy. We feel blessed and find strength in my dad's positive attitude and his determination to beat the seemingly insurmountable odds.

He has served and protected others his entire life; as United States Marine in Vietnam to his career as a Sheriff's investigator for Winona County. Those who know John know that he selflessly gives and lends a helping hand to anyone and everyone he can. Now it's our turn to give back to him.

We want to create opportunities for my dad to spend his time creating meaningful memories doing things that bring him joy and energize him to continue his fight. When faced with this situation you start reprioritizing what is important such as spending quality time with family and planning outings with friends, or checking things off your "bucket list" like golfing your dream course, or a trip to Germany.
