John's Hard Fight with Cancer

How do I start telling the story of my husbands fight with GBM (glioblastoma)? In Febuary of 2016 he went to the Dr because he had a leg cramp! The Dr did a MRI and he was told that he had Cancer. They did the operation just a few days later. He was told he only had 3- 7 months to live. We then set out to make sure he stayed with us longer than that! He has been through surgery, 5 weeks of radiation and up untill a month ago oral chemo, rounds of MRI's and bloodwork. He was told with this last MRI that the tumour has gotten larger and he needs a different type of treatment.Thats when they started the Avastin and now they have to put a permanent port in Monday. We are now facing the hard facts of the cost of Cancer! He has been through so much already and now we can't pay our many doctor bills that are mounding up on us. We have insurance but it doesn't cover all the cost of his treatments. (not even half!) He is a loving husband, father and grandfather of 6. He has worked for almost 30 years for a company here in AL and has no life insurance for me to fall back on. We are living in a RV right now and need help. Help us fight this terrible cancer please!
