<div>On November 1, 2024, John was admitted into the hospital with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. The Doctors came up with a plan and on November 20th he started aggressive chemotherapy. Things were looking "normal". Normal for a cancer patient anyway. On November 25th things started to come to a head, by Thursday, November 28th, John was transferred to the ICU. Here we are a week later and he is still in the ICU with no clear sign of getting out anytime in the foreseeable future. John is the "breadwinner"(if we are still using that term) for the family so you can imagine the financial strain this puts on Shelly. The company he is working for has been amazing but with this unforeseeable ICU stay it has really added to the financial burden. We are asking, if you can, to give what you can or what has been placed on your heart. Any amount will help Shelly and the girls. If giving financially is out of your ability, prayers are not. The Bible says in Philippians 4:6 "...but in everything, with prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God". Will you pray and petition with us that God will show us a modern day miracle. That God will surpass medical advancements and remind us that He is Jehovah Rapha, the God that heals... Updates will be placed as frequently as possible. We thank you for all your prayers and thoughts and kind words so far. They are not going unnoticed!
