Mr. John, 35 years is a patient in the Intensive Care Unit at Kingston General Hospital, 76 Stuart Street, Kingston, Ontario, Canada K7L 2V7. Mr. John was admitted on June 15th, 2017 in critical condition after suffering a severe stroke. Sadly, he remains on life support on a ventilator in ICU at this time and is expected to have a lengthy admission and an uncertain prognosis for recovery.
This account is to raise money for his wife and small child, to help them with financial stresses. Given the significant stress of this situation and the uncertain future Mr. John and his family are facing we would like to request your generous donations in support of this very unfortunate family at such a sad and difficult time.
