John's Competitive Dream

This account is for my son John. He is an aspiring marksman who we feel has a great chance to go to the next level and possibly college.  This page serves to help raise money and keep everyone updated on Johns progress. John needs the money to purchase his own gear & all the little things that add up to quite a bit of money. Currently he has to shoot borrowed gear, which take a lot of time to readjust, and he can only practice during their practice days. At home he has to use an old pump Daisy where he shoots in our unheated hay loft using flashlights to light his target.  Suprisingly even under those circumstances he has excelled winning the TOP GUN award last year and already winning several events this year.  The right equipment will allow him to practice daily and he will only get better & better. There is no telling where he can go with is own gear and mentoring that your donations will  help him afford.  Living on a small 1 family dairy farm has taught John hard work, but doesn't allow us the oppertunity to fully fund his competing dreams Thats why in addition to this GoFundME account a  bank account was set up to  allow people who think GoFundMe take too much money in their fees to send money directly to the bank for John. It also allowes us to be transparent with all the money raised so that John can continue to be eligible for scholarships to college.  As a doner we will also allow you transparency if you would ever wish to see where your donation money has gone. Its important to us to let you know that all the money will go directly to help John reach his dreams. Ok John needs a pressure refil valve, metaltubing  to connect the valve, 2 stands, one for sighter, one as a off hanstand.
