Sunday the 7th September I will be attempting the Great north Run. I put myself in the ballot last year not thinking for a minute I’d be unlucky enough to be selected but unfortunately I did hahahaha.

So I’m running to raise money for our fabulous charity CHAD (children’s hopes and dreams)

Im putting everything into this so your support would be greatly appreciated. Those that know me well know I like the odd pint or 2 and the odd kebab haha. This has all stop and the serious training began 4 weeks ago.
