Johnny Cano Memorial Fund

We are all shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of my brother-in-law, Johnny Cano. Words can not express the heart ache we feel because of our love  for this man. He was a loving, gentle husband to Vicky and their two children, Shelby and Brody.   He was a light for so many. His jokes, easy charm and laughter made you feel welcome and an instant friend.  Johnny had the biggest heart and was willing to help people in need, which he did, often.  I'll never forget his love, laughter, wit, and the ability to harass me in a way that only a brother can.
Johnny has worked for Coke for the past 10 years. He quickly moved up the ranks from driver to supervisor to warehouse manager.  He has met many dear friends at Coke...an extended family you might say.  Johnny loved to go camping with the family and was an avid fisherman.  Whether it was fishing off the pier in Santa Cruz or hanging out at Pismo, he loved the outdoors.  He had many rock crawling adventures with friends and came back with the wildest stories. Vicky has worked for Kidskare since before the children were born. Many close friends have supported them through the years as they have no family close by.
This page is for my sister and her kids to try and make it easier for them to cope with funeral costs, hospital bills, and the monthly bills that will keep rolling in. Any amount is appreciated. I know there are so many people that love this family. I'm so gratetful they have an AMAZING community of friends.
