August 16, 2020- Life changed forever for the Bedoya Family when John Jairo Bedoya Jr. unexpectedly passed away.
John J. Bedoya Jr. was a loving husband, proud father, loyal friend, supportive brother, amazing athlete, raw artist, and beloved son. He was a man of faith that walked boldly in his Christianity. Living his life generously, he gave of his time, energy, talents, and never sparing his wallet. He enjoyed training the new generation of wrestlers with encouraging words and wise advice to aspiring teens.
He was better known by his wrestling ring name, Xavier. John “Xavier” was a force to be reckoned with in the ring. His daring dynamic athleticism was admired by all delivering his signature moves like “Kiss Your X GoodBye” and “X 450” with ease, height, and speed. His extensive wrestling career was bursting at the seams with multiple championship titles across the wrestling communities, federations, and associations.
No one can ever forget how he touched thousands of lives, whether you were family, friends, or one of his fans- his passing has sent ripples across the wrestling community.
We are asking for you to consider donating to Xavier’s Memorial Fund. The funds collected will be used solely to cover his burial/celebration of life costs, transportation/travel expenses, family meal, and given to his son, Christian, for his college education.
John will always be the champion of our hearts and wrestling community. He will be forever missed.
