Stem Cell Injections vs Surgery

As some of you close to me know that my knees have given out on me. Meniscus tear & Cartiage degeneration. My options are Knee replacement surgery OR Stem Cell injections to stimulate my body to repair itself. As most of you know, I would prefer my body healing itself vs surgery. ( which is the most common/profitable/costly) surgery in the US. Unfortunately Medicare does not cover the Stem Cell procedure, which is 35K+ cheaper than surgery & is not as invasive. To continue the life I've lived on Dry Creek for 23yrs I have to have my knees working without pain.  The alternative is to sell my land & go to renting in a town close by, NOT my preference. I am asking you, my Faemily & Friends, humbly, for financial support to achieve my healing. Those of you who know me well know that this is SO HARD for me to ask for myself, though I would do it in a hearbeat for someone close to me. Thank You,
