John Samuels Family Fund

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of our beloved coworker, John Samuels. John dedicated the last 19 years of his life to Shriners Hospitals.  His positive attitude and smile brought great joy and plenty of laughs to all of us over the years.  He was dedicated, hardworking and a friend to all of us in the department and will be missed dearly.

We would like to raise money as a department to help with a funeral. 

We have talked to his wife and the funds are being disbursed to his daughter Christina Samuels who will be taking care of the family finances currently.
