John Paul Jacob's Eagle Scout Project for GOLD
My name is John Paul Jacob. I am a 15-year old Scout in Scouts BSA Troop 845, which is based in Coppell, Texas.
This fundraiser is for my Eagle Scout project which will benefit a local home for the elderly and dying, named The St. Adelaide House. This is part of the Gospel of Life Dwellings nonprofit organization.
I will be retrofitting and upgrading two of the bathrooms at the home to make them handicapped-accessible. Specifically, I will be installing drop-down bars next to each of the toilets, lowering the sink countertops and modifying the cabinets to allow wheelchairs to roll under the sinks.
I plan on completing my project on July 24th and 31st, 2021. I ask your help with providing financial contributions to purchase materials and supplies for this project. I will need to buy the materials and account for all of the donated money before the start of this project on the 17th. Your contributions and your prayers for the success of this project are very greatly appreciated. Any extra funds raised will be donated directly to GOLD to support their work.
