John Kleczynski's Funeral

As many of you know, Jill suddenly and unexpectedly lost her youngest son, Johnny, this week. This is something she, nor anyone else, could have possibly been prepared for. For those of you who don’t know, this is not the first time tragedy has stricken this family – it was only 4 short years ago that we said goodbye to her oldest child, Johnny’s big brother and Rhylan and Charlie’s father, Steve. We were all certain that the worst had shown itself in his passing, life couldn’t possibly have anything more terrible to offer her family; it could only be up from here. Nevertheless, darkness and heartbreak have forced their way into their lives once more. It is with a heavy heart and tearful eyes that we tell you that Johnny’s life was claimed by the opioid epidemic that continues to sweep across our nation. For this heroin epidemic knows no limits or boundaries or mercy. As it tears through our country, its grip grabbing hold of the tired and defeated and the heartbroken, it shows no regard for the casualties it leaves behind, not for the victims or their families. It simply does not care that it has robbed a young and vibrant soul of his future or that it has stripped a mother of her last surviving son, leaving her beaten and broken, helplessly standing amidst the pieces of what she and Amee once called their lives. But, I care. My family and our friends care. And I hope that you do, too.
Jill has raised her children as a single mother and their sole provider for most of their lives. She has given them everything she has ever had to offer in hopes to give them the lives they deserve. When Steve passed, she emptied her pockets to give him a proper goodbye, and since then, the sorrow that has lingered has not made refilling her pockets easy. And now, yet again, she will put forth every penny to her name to give her son a resting place and the sendoff he deserves. But, that won’t be a light weight for Jill to carry on her own, and it will inevitably leave her struggling financially in the coming months.
We cannot bring Jill and Amee’s two leading men back down from Heaven, for they are now forever seated in His royal kingdom. Despite our deepest desires and efforts, we cannot even take a little piece of their pain away to bear ourselves, for this pain is one that only they can carry and conquer. But, we CAN come together to make sure that they do not have to bear the stress and burden of financial struggle on top of the load that has already been placed on their shoulders. We CAN help them live comfortably in the coming months while their hearts somehow find a way to close their gaping holes and heal and their souls find light and life once more. So, I ask you to help us help minimize the heartache and suffering that are suffocating Jill and Amee right now. Anything is everything. God Bless.
