John Houck Medical

John Houck is a small business owner with a big heart.  In August 2017 he was diagnosed with non hodgkin's lymphoma.  He is a single father of a beautiful daughter who is a senior in high school.  As a small business owner he is uninsured.  I am seeking assistance for his medical bills, and cost of care and transportation when he goes home and is required to travel for his continued chemotherapy treatments.  

He is my cousin and has always been the fearless one and loves everyone without question.  Please help him out in this time of need.
