John Helms Cremation & Memorial Costs

To everyone who may not yet have heard the news, our dearest dad John Helms passed away last Saturday night, August 10th, 2019, in the company of his family. Jessie, Kelly, Lynsley, Kelsey, Jereme were with him when he passed, and we are devastated.
Our dad's heart was always at the lake so we will hold Memorial services at the Lake Lotawana Memorial Rose Garden at 11am on Saturday August 24th,2019. 9613 Lake Shore Dr
Lake Lotawana, MO 64086, it will be a simple but beautiful ceremony.
John wished to have a simple funeral, but a big party afterwards. So after the memorial service we will gather at our dad's house at, 100 NW O'Brien Rd Lee's Summit, MO 64063, at approximately 12:30 pm for a potluck to celebrate his life and share all our wonderful memories. So please bring your favorite dish to share.
We have already had numerous emails, texts and messages from people asking how to help, So here it is!
As you are all aware, due to our dad's Parkinson's his life had become limited as well as finances. To be honest we do not have the money to pay for everything so we are asking for help, please!
