John Churlin Medical Bills

John was recently diagnosed with Acute myeloid leukemia and was suddenly admitted to the University of Washington  Medical Center to undergo treatment. Due to the location of his residence in relation to the cancer center he will be required to stay at the center for the duration of his treatment for a minimum of 3 months. All donations will will assist John with his medical bills and expenses incurred while being out of work.
