John Cayler Medical Expenses

John Cayler, our beloved friend, needs some help.  He is undergoing triple bypass surgery in Iowa City and will have an enormous amount of expenses.  Although he does have Medicare, he will be responsible for a lot of co-pays along with paying for a lot of incidental expenses including care for his companion, the rock star Winston, while he is recovering.
 
John has a lot on his plate, and we are hoping his hundreds of friends and family can help a little to take this stress off his mind.  

John has a big heart and has helped many people over the years.  We need to help him fix that heart.  Please give what you can, and if that is not possible, please send him your well wishes.  He appreciates it all.
