Ever been down on your luck and not sure where to turn..? Ever been homeless? Lost your car? Lost your job? Well... our good friend has run into some trouble and is in need. We hope you'll consider a few bucks to help him get on his feet!
As you know StarEvents raises money for non-profits and local communities. Well now, one of our own community members needs your help -- John Barry, (not the original John Barry), but our freelance photographer.
John was an Uber driver by day and a photographer by night (and weekends)... until his car was repossessed. John is homeless and would probably be living in his car... if it wasn't taken.
If you have found our event photos on social media... no doubt it's photographed by John Barry. His art requires a camera and other equipment... BUT, John is about to sell it all to survive.
At StarEvents, we support, showcase, as well as provide platforms for many artisans, musicians, and many others to create! We can not let this happen to such an amazing and inspiring artist.
As John Lennon said... "All you Need is Love". Well, that's mostly true... but, now we need money for a dear friend! We are hopeful that we can help John with a permanent place to stay and some cheap wheels.
We hope that our community can help us out with a few (or more) dollars to keep John's art and love of photography alive!
