More information about John T Dempster Jr Division: The John T. Dempster, Jr. Division of the Naval Sea Cadet Corps is a premier leadership and development program for young adults ages 11 to High School Seniors.

Based upon the US Navy's Enlisted rank structure, the Dempster Division provides life-enhancing opportunities for personal development and community service.
