Many of you knew Elder Johan Perez from Venezuela during the mission. Since returning from the mission, Perez has gotten marreid and has three wonderful children.
As many of you know, the economic conditions in Venezuela are horrendous. Political unrest, unemployment, and even empty grocery stores have become commonplace.
Recently, your donations helped Perez make it to Argentina where he is now working in a supermarket. Another mission companion, Javier Alasia is helping out as much as he can.
Perez's goal is to bring his wife and three kids out of Venezuela and be reunited as a family again.
