Hurricane Harvey Relief Effort

Just a few weeks ago I attended the Willow Creek Global Leadership Summit. At the summit Bill Hybels spoke about "Discovering Your Grander Vision” for one’s life. Since the summit I’ve prayed and pondered where God might direct and stretch my own efforts.
"There is a Grander Vision somewhere on planet earth with your name on it. And when you find it, and when you pursue it, there will come a day when you will get up in the morning and say, “I was born to do this.”"

Fast forward a few weeks later…
Although early relief efforts have started Hurricane Harvey is circling back around and the people of Houston and surrounding areas need us to jump in and take action with basic supplies such as food, toiletries, and other supplies.
Tuesday, September 5th I am flying to Dallas for two weeks to pick up supplies and drive into the areas to contribute supplies to the relief effort, and I want you involved too. Together we can drive a lasting impact in the homes and communities hit the hardest across Houston.
The vision is multiple UHaul trucks and runs full of supplies delivered to the hardest hit areas (homes, schools, communities, cities, etc.).
100% of the donations go towards items like:
- Moving boxes
- Diapers
- Baby wipes
- Toiletries
- Feminine hygiene products and nonperishable food including baby formula.
- Underwear and socks.
- Food
- Water
- Housing (for families on the street - hotels or AirBnBs)
There are three ways that you can contribute:
1) Prayer
2) Direct message me if you’ll be in Texas and are looking to help on the man power front.
3) Contribute any amount via the form below (seriously $5 goes a long way).
