Scholarship Fund for Joe's Girls
Joe Huiras was an amazing man of faith and truly a one-of-a kind human being. Joe’s welcoming nature and smile made him fast friends with nearly everyone that met him. Joe’s genuine and vibrant spirit touched the lives of many, especially as he courageously and humbly battled the effects of a rare genetic disorder, which ultimately cut his life short. Despite his too short time with us in this life, he managed to fill the lives and hearts of those who knew him. Joe simply loved life and lived his life to the fullest. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and true friend. To say that he will be greatly missed is a massive understatement.
Faith was of significant importance to Joe. So when it came time to decide where to send his daughters to school, there was no doubt that they would attend Loyola Catholic School in order to receive a God-centered education, just like he did growing up. Joe and his family are eternally grateful for all the help and support he has received during his time of his illness over the past several years. This scholarship fund is being set up to assist the family in paying for continued education at Loyola Catholic School for his two daughters, Madison (Maddie) and Adriana Jo (AJ).
