Joes NHS 12 hour ride SHIFT

Been thinking what i can do to raise funds for the NHS and thought about doing a 12 hour ride. So this Saturday i will jump on my turbo trainer and begin a 12 hour shift to raise much needed funds for the  nhs.uk.

As most of you know i have a love / hate relationship with my road bike and im more at home on my Downhill bike ,Im no Geraint Thomas and what he is doing is amazing (He did steal my idea though) .

Please share my fund raising page and more importantly donate as much as you can afford. This is going to hurt lots but as they say " No pain no gain" and its a small sacrifice compared to what all the NHS workers are currently doing. I will be using Zwift so please feel free to come for a ride with me. Ill live stream my pain for you all to enjoy lol ,send a wave, abuse anything but mostly donations .

In the fight against COVID-19, healthcare workers serve as our first line of defence. Working tirelessly and treating patients with grace, their days are typically long. 12 hours long, and often more. Nurses, doctors, and hospital specialists sacrifice their personal safety day in and day out.

Please donate as much as you can to help the NHS continue with their work.  Dont forget to add GIFT AID

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of ASSOCIATION OF NHS CHARITIES and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
