Joel vs Cancer... again.

My Doctor stopped my chemotherapy treatment because it was no longer effective and was only killing me. He said he wanted to find me a trial otherwise I was completely out of treatment options. Luckily he was able to find me an Immunotherapy trial that I was a candidate for and I was accepted. On Friday, I was on my way to my first round of treatment when I received a call from the office of the trial and they told me that Blueshield of California was not going to be covering my treatment because they deemed it "Not medically necessary".

Im asking once again for help through America's unofficial supplemental Healthcare of choice. I don't expect to raise the entire amount. My hope is to just get enough to get treatment started while I pursue other assistance options. Given how far along things have gotten, time is of the essence and I don't want to lose my place in the trial while I try to find the funds. Otherwise I wouldn't be asking for help. Even if all you can do is share, it's much appreciated.
