Joe's Mile-a-Morning For Refugees

Every morning I'm going to be running a mile before work to raise money for the amazing people at Hull Help For Refugees. The team there are incredibly dedicated and compassionate people fighting every day to keep people alive on the front line of a humanitarian crisis which only ever grabs the headlines when governments wish to turn the world against some of the most impoverished and desperate people on the planet.

So a mile is the least I can do....yet also the most as I have bad spinal discs and every step is pretty painful.

I'm also going to be running carrying a different CD each day to give it a little musical theme.
