Joe Perez (Big Chief Pony Dancer) Celebration

This is a benefit for the One, the Only , the Pony Dancer, Joe Perez. Our Hearts will be filled with love October 25th when we 2nd line and celebrate the life of our Joe who added so much to our lives. Come with us to celebrate your memories from M.O.Ms, OAK, Mondo Kayo! Jazz Fest and Mardi Gras as well as just so many great nights in our fair city. The benefit will help to pay for what Joe really loved: the music.  We will be providing music for this celebrations along with some libations and ask for all of Joe's friends to make a donation in his memory so that we can send him off in style.  This is a NON PROFIT benefit. ALL FUNDS will directly pay for the band(s).   Anything beyond that will go towards shared libations. Please make donations by Friday Oct 23, so that we can pay the band(s) on time.
We are also trying to figure out how to do a (brief) FB live broadcast so that Joe's friends from out of town can watch at home. We look forward to seeing you next weekend, and encourage you to bring pictures and memories of our beloved Joe. PLEASE REMEMBER! THIS IS A MASK REQUIRED AND SOCIALLY DISTANCED EVENT! Some of us have health issues and this will be a socially conscious event. If you can't live by the rules, then please stay at home.
