Joe Harpring Burial Fundraiser

As many people already know we lost my dear, hard-working father on Thursday,July 23rd. he had been seen two days prior in the hospital and was diagnosed with pneumonia and discharged because he had a negative covid-19.. he was on antibiotics and had gone out that day and I guess the stress of coming up the stairs caused him to become too short of breath and by the time the paramedics got here he went into cardiac arrest within 5 minutes and they were not able to get him to come back around. He was brought to the hospital where he was evaluated and they were unable to reanimate his heart. He was an organ donor so was kept on life support until I gave permission for them to have his eyes. This has been very hard on me since I never have fully recovered from losing my mother. Everyone has been asking me where they can send money to help so I am setting this up. He is being cremated in South Florida where I will hold a small memorial for him and then his ashes will travel with me to mobile Alabama where I will hold another small memorial before taking him up to Louisville, KY to be buried next to his father and mother on the harpring plot. Anything helps since right now it is just my disabled uncle and I living down here and the money we had to use to cremate him was money for a new vehicle, moving expenses and to rent a new place In Gainesville (we were previously planning on moving to Gainesville before this happened but since my uncle and I have decided to return to Mobile since there is nothing left for us in Florida. I know I may be rambling because honestly I am in a bad place emotionally. Anyone who KNEW my father KNOWS what an incredible, generous, loving, hard working man he was. He never lied cheated or stole. And he has taken many of my friends in over the years and made sure they had a roof over their head and food in their bellies and never expected a dime in return.
