In March, Joe Cox was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in both lungs. He began immunotherapy but began having other complications June 8th when he was admitted into the hospital. He was intubated 3 times, dealt with pneumonia, kidney issues and bounced from the hospital to rehab, back to the hospital and lost his life in hospice on August 16th, 2018.
Joe was 66 years old and had been married to his wife Patricia for 46 years. Joe worked for 40 years at a company which he thought had secured life insurance for him. Unfortunately this was not the case. His loving wife who stood by his side during the last 10 weeks of his life is left with the funeral costs and the medical bills that have added up.
Joe was a hard worker, willing to help a person in need. He was loved very much by his family and will be missed.
