Hello everyone! As you may know, both of my parents are experiencing unexpected health challenges. My mom is undergoing cancer treatment, which will conclude March 22nd. My dad has been diagnosed with a rare, aggressive cancer located in his spinal cord and will start chemo/radiation on March 21st.
Many have asked for ways they can help our family during this time. Primarily, we ask for prayers. Many have asked to give financially. Since March 1st my dad has been on FMLA (unpaid time off) and unable to return home. Modifications will need to be made to accommodate his new reality. You can support financially here or to Reena’s Venmo or PayPal (listed below). Anything received that is not used by the family will be “paid forward”. There is also a Meal Train if you would like to support the family through that avenue.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed, reached out, and physically supported my family thus far! The community love and support has been an incredible blessing over my family during this time.
Regarding my dad, we feel very good about both doctors and their desire to work aggressively. But in God is the ultimate healer. There is no cure but we can treat symptoms with chemo and radiation as well as meds simultaneously. This will not be an easy road but we are ready for battle. We are putting on our armor and with an army of loved ones supporting and coming alongside us we are ready to start.
