Joe and Jason Hooks Cancer Support Fund

Joe was diagnosed in August with stage 4 glioblastoma astrocytoma brain cancer (the most aggressive brain cancer you can have) and Jason, was diagnosed in March with stage 4 colon cancer. Surgeries, hospital stays, and treatment have been ongoing for most of the year for both of them. Both of their diagnoses carries not only an enormously heavy weight emotionally, but financially as well. They both have insurance/health coverage but the deductible is extremely high and right now the insurance refuses to approve any in home assistance until it is met. Income is limited with Joe's inability to work, Amanda and Sarah have offered what assistance they can, but Pam is the sole caregiver to them both. She has been juggling doctor's appointments, traveling to treatments, medical bills, ongoing conversations with insurance and now trying to get hospice lined up for Joe. Anything you can give during this difficult season will go to help with medical bills, meals, gas for traveling to  appointments and any other care needed for these special men in our life.
