Project inspiration is a nonprofit organization formed to provide a place where children of all ages and abilities are encouraged to develop their full creative potential in the audio, visual, technological, and cultural arts. We plan to offer a dynamic, unique, and constantly evolving program. Our facility will be staffed by working artists and musicians, and our structured activities will be led by passionate art, dance, computer, video and music teachers. Project inspiration will offer cultural, technical, visual arts and music experiences to children that will increase their cultural awareness of the arts and create an audience for the arts that cannot be duplicated.
It has been said that art or entertainment is inspirational so we took that narrative and created Project Inspiration to which we move forward to inspire people through art, entertainment and social interaction so that we can inspire them to think better, do better and therefore live better. Our target market is our youth because we know that if we can reach them and exercise them in the ways of being, thinking and doing greatness, we can get them to a place of mental, physical, financial and spiritual inspiration and elevation.
We would of course welcome people of all ages, we just know that the youth are very important because as we are the today...they are the tomorrow. A prime example of what we are looking to achieve is the Harlem Renaissance. Harlem, a once downtrodden community turned itself around between the end of World War 1 and the middle of the 1930’s and became rich in art, culture and social interaction. Harlem evolves so much so that it changed the energy of the entire community and the impact of the Harlem Renaissance still radiates throughout the world.
