With the loss of my mom, I will be forced to move out of my mom’s home. I am unable to obtain a job due to cancer. My dog sitting job had died out because I was unavailable while in/out of hospital. I need prayers for direction & discernment as I prepare my next chapter. Thank you for your generous continued support.
IN A WORLD WHERE YOU CAN BE ANYTHING, BE KIND (and maybe a little weird).
Dear Family, Friends, acquaintances, and ANGELS.
Many of you have heard that Joan's cancer has returned with a vengeance and spread to her lungs, liver, chest, and bones. Shortly after learning of this news Joan suffered a spontaneous spiral fracture in her right humerus arm above the elbow and underwent cancer surgery. While recovering from that she then suffered another spontaneous fracture in her left humerus arm above the elbow and is fighting an infection in that area. Amazingly she still has her sense of humor and is still such a warrior.
The next steps will include and MRI, PET, and radiation treatments along with a chemo pill and other treatments as required.
The astounding kindness, love and care of so many wonderful people (or Angels as Joan says) has lightened the burden in so many ways. Many more folks who do not live close or who are not able to provide caregiving time have asked how they might help in a way that will benefit Joan with the needs as they present themselves along this journey. Please consider this as a way of helping. You contributions will truly provide them with the lifeline they so sorely need to go forward in their fight and to survive this battle. No one should have to struggle with financial worries during a time like this. If we all come together and contribute some it will make the financial burden easier to lift and solve. All donations count - $5, $10, $20 OR ANY AMOUNT THAT YOU ARE ABLE or complelled TO GIVE is important to their well being and will be appreciated beyond words. Every donation will go directly to Joan to help cover the vast costs of treatments and care.
You support is appreciated. You can follow Joan's journey thru the Susan G Komen site at (http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/joanobriant)
Thank you again folks and God Bless you.

Till the clouds roll forever

Hold me fast, let me stand
In the hollow of Thy Hand
Keep me safe till the storm
passes by. "
