Hi all, it’s Fern, an enby living in a red state where trans rights are always endangered.

With the results of the recent election, I’m looking to get gender-affirming care ASAP before I am unable to completely. If you can help in any way, you’d be assisting in a life-saving procedure for my body and my autonomy as someone who struggles with body dysphoria and severe sensory issues regarding their chest.

It has been a dream of mine for many years and at this point, it is critically important that I receive top surgery before the laws surrounding the procedure become even stricter.
