Vision correction

Hey. I'm Dana , 26. I was a premature baby which means my vision never developed fully. I got by by wearing glasses and lenses.. but for past two years my vision has been deteriorating. Now it's at a level where it requires a surgery to remove the cataract that's developed and a laser treatment. My life lies on this, I can't do my job at the moment as I can not see more than 20cm ahead of me. I hope anyone is out there to help.
