Buying a new home

I am a mother of 7 children.  Last year on May 26th I lost everything I own in a tornado that hit ElReno OK. My children and I have been living in a 2 bdrm apartment since then and since it was so small we havent all been under the same roof since the tornado took our home. I have been out of work and got evicted after paying my rent that was was only 12 days late so I had to find somewhere for me and the kids to go. Luckily a friend let us stay for a few days while I looked for a new home when I found this one. It needs work and to be sprayed because the people before me had pets and didnt take care of it but the inside is big and perfect size for all of us. I've been pulling doubles at work to get into the house but still have things to pay for like heat deposit, fumigating the house again, plumbing issues a fence for broken one in back yard to keep babies safe and several other things. The best part is I have an option to own the home so I can Not wait to make it a home for me and the kids. Any and all help is appreciated thank u all in advance. I am ready to show u all the after pics from everyone of u helping make this house a home  for us
