Team Jade

Jade has always been the "Family first" kind of guy. Family to this amazing man isn't only blood related. It's additionally the people close to him that he loves, cares for, and is always there for. He has raised 2 AMAZING boys and plays a very active role in lives of his 3 grandchildren. Jade and his Fiancée Jacqui have been together for over 8 years and he actively provides, cares for and supports her children alongside her. Jade is a lifelong Madisonian and is well loved by many. On February 21, 2018 Jade was diagnosed with esophageal Cancer. This cancer is a result of lifelong acid reflux that caused lesions in his esophagus that ultimately turned cancerous. This has put him and his family in a place where financial assistance would be a blessing. Jade has successfully owned and operated First Choice Painting for over twenty years. Jade and Jacqui are both hardworking people who have always provided for their family. Medical bills, the daily travel to the radiation and chemotherapy treatments, and the inability to work full time is affecting their ability to do so. Currently they do not know what the total cost of the scheduled treatments, likely be followed by surgery to remove the affected portion of his esophagus will be, or how long Jade will be out of work. This is much needed assistance to help alleviate any financial stress, so they can ultimately focus on treatment and healing.
