Kelsey's Medical Fund

Donation protected
On May 12, 17-year-old Kelsey Eddins was diagnosed with a tumor on her brain. Kelsey has a twin, Jessie Eddins and these two have been through more than your average teenager. On January 23, 2014 Kelsey had multiple seizures and to this day there is no known reason. On May 14, 2014 Jessie Eddins also had a seizure that left the parents with thousands of dollars in medical bills. Since there has been no found reason for the seizures, these amazing girls go in for testing regularly. Thank God that they did because that is how the doctors found Kelsey’s brain tumor. Doctors have said that this brain tumor may not be the cause of the seizures but needs to be removed by July 2016.

Kelsey is an amazing athlete and honorable student. Northwood’s woman soccer team really gains with her and she may continue her game into college. With hard working parents, this family has gone through way too much. She is blessed with an incredible support system with family and friends.

Kelsey and Jessie are my cousins but are more like sisters. I have been through everything, both good and bad, with these two by my side. There have been loved ones in our lives already lost due to a terrible brain tumor so this is a very touchy subject for our family. We are asking for any amount of support you can give, whether financially or just prayers. If you find it in your heart to give, please know it will be greatly appreciated.
