Help a sister with cancer

My best friend has been diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma cancer. She is a mother of  four kids and she has been the rock and sole provider. Due to her illness and chemotherapy she has had to take time off work. She is living day to day and grateful for everyday. I would like to repair her kitchen and bathroom that has irreversible mould and damage that is very bad for her health, as her immunity is very low and to ease some financial pressures from her. Therefore i would like to get this fixed for her to ease some of her worries and make it as comfortable as possible for her in her home. Please help me help her.
