Jack James Owens was loved by many. Testimant to the hundreds of people that showed up to his funeral and the constant posts from friends about his everlasting charisma. It's been two years since JJ's passing and Coralia (JJ's Mom) graciously allowed me to raise money for his headstone. This has been a sensative subject for the family, as placing a headstone has finality and forces us to accept JJ's really gone.
Nonetheless, a few close friends and I decided to do a crowd funding, not for JJ... but for all of YOU!
We decided that everyone that loved JJ could be a part of his headstone by helping finance it.There are a few generous benefactors that offered to pay it in full, but we figured allowing each of you to contribute (even a $1) you could know you have a lifetime vested interest in his spot in Los Alamos Cemetary. So if you would like to invest in Jack's spot.. drop a few bucks and when you go to visit JJ.. you will know there's a part of you there with him.
