My name is Johnny, and I am a transman from the United States trying to get the money together to afford my top surgery with Dr. Hartley of Boulder Plastic Surgery.
I am not afforded the support of any family, and though I am fortunate enough to live on my own, it means that the small amount of income I make goes immediately to rent, bills, food, and my car. It is hard to save meaningful amounts of money, and in two years I have managed to save $400 on my own for the purpose of this surgery.
