Brian's Recovery Fund

Brian was in a terrible accident on March 25, and has suffered severe burns covering 40% of his body. After the accident he was life-flighted from Sacred Heart in Spokane to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle (Brian's very first time on an airplane - he's not a fan!) He is facing a very long road to recovery and is expected to be in the Intensive Care Burn Unit at Harborview for approximately 45 days, with several additional weeks in the hospital after he is released from intensive care. His first big surgery will be tomorrow, where doctors plan to remove all of the skin on his right leg and begin skin grafts. He will require additional surgeries on his left leg and right hand, and will need multiple skin grafts and extended physical therapy. Misty will be with Brian at the hospital until his release, unless I can convince her to leave for a few hours before then!
This accident has created a huge financial need for Misty and Brian. Neither Misty or Brian are able to work during his intense recovery, and it is uncertain at this point whether Brian will regain enough mobility to return to his former job, or how much time he will need in recovery. In addition to lost income, Misty and Brian have incurred huge expenses from the life flight, medical bills, and the costs of being in Seattle for several months. Your donations will be used to help pay their regular monthly bills during Brian's recovery, assist Misty with her expenses in Seattle, and to pay for their significant uncovered medical costs. 
While raising enough money to cover the medical bills is our eventual goal, any donation, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated. Their immediate needs amount to about $6,000 in order to cover two months of bills and miscellaneous costs while in Seattle. 
We are so so so grateful to the family and friends who have already provided meals, cars, beds, showers, logistical support and lots of love. Brian is in good spirits and we are hopeful for a successful recovery! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any help you are able to provide.
