JIMMY BELLOBUON'S LEUKEMIA FUND

**UPDATE: SADLY, AS MANY OF YOU KNOW, MY STEPDAD PASSED FIGHTING THE FIGHT OF HIS LIFE, ON 9/24/18. THESE PAST 3 WEEKS HAVE BEEN FULL OF EMOTION AND SHOCK.  WE, AS A FMAILY, APPRECIATE EVERYONE'S KIND WORDS AND GENEROSITY AS WE TRY TO PICK UP THE PIECES.  EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN CONTIBUTED SO FAR HAS BEEN SUCH A SLICE OF HEAVEN FOR MY PARENT'S TO HELP WITH THEIR MEDICAL AND OTHER BILLS DURING ALL OF THIS. JIM HAD BEEN "LET GO" FROM HIS EMPLOYMENT DURING HIS TREATMENT, & THEREFORE HAD NO LIFE INSURANCE POLICY, & IT IS MY HOPE TO TRY TO GET MY MOM THRU TO THE NEW YEAR, WITH HELP WITH THE REST OF THE MEDICAL, AND FUNERAL COST.  THANK YOU AGAIN TO EVERYONE INVOLVED. WE HOLD YOU CLOSE TO OUR HEARTS! **July 2017 my stepdad, Jimmy Bellobuon was diagnosed with aggressive AML. Fast forward to now, 2018, one year later. Jimmy has been fighting a good fight. He went into remission once early on, but got kicked down fast, hence us NOT being able to get his Bone Marrow Transplant done @ UCSF. He goes one step forward and gets knocked back two steps. His numbers aren't cooperating, and his Leukemia isn't backing down.
Jimmy has come into our lives and stepped up as a father figure and has been an amazing husband to our Mom, Suzy, and grandfather to Lexi, Michael and Tyler. We're forever grateful to him for all he's provided to us.
Our lives have been turned upside lately~ with his diagnoses not being what we were hoping for, the cancer not responding to traditional treatments. We are expecting the worst, BUT still fighting for the best.

Jimmy's Calif. State Disability has ended, and sadly his other means of living will not kick in for about another 120 days, his and my mom's means of living has been stretched beyond belief. Their finances are spiraling out of control and are in jeopardy of losing so much.

With Jim's treatments not working as hoped, we're seeking other options of keeping Jimmy comfortable.

So many friend's and family are asking what they can do to help...it would be my dream NOT to have my parent's struggle financially , so to just focus completely on Jimmy during this urgent time.
