NEED HEART TRANSPLANT - JIM MILLER

My name is Jim Miller and I am 54 years old. I am married to Susan L Miller and have been blessed with 2 grandchildren. I have twin step-children: Brandy & Brandon English. In 2013 I suffered Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) with seizures. I have what is called Dilated Cardiomyopathy. My heart has become very weak/enlarged with 2.5CM, an Ejection Fraction of 40%. A IACD Cardiac Device was put in my chest and since then, I can no longer work. I do collect disability, but as we all know, doesn't pay all the monthly bills. Since I have been put on disability, I have spent all of my savings that I had for retirement. In August of 2017 I had another Congestive Heart Failure w/ Pulmonary Edema in which I spent 13 days in the hospital. My Ejection Fraction is now at 18%. This means my heart is only working or pumping blood to my body 18% of what it should be............18% IS NOT GOOD! After a lot of testing, since my last hospital stay, the DR's say there is nothing they can do to help my heart. Cardiomyopathy is not curable and only treated to a point, with expensive medicines. I have reached that point. So now I need to have a heart transplant. The good news is that I have been accepted into Tampa General Hospital Transplant Center.  I am seeking donations for my post-op needs. I have to stay in Tampa for 6-8 weeks after surgery. This will be a lot of money on a hotel or efficiency apartment. I also need 24/7 post-op care/ assistance to stay with me. There will also be large post-op medication cost. I am asking for donations to help absorb the financial burden this will create for my family. I have worked my whole life to earn my own money and provide for my family. But at this time, it is just not possible for me to do any kind of work to earn money. I appreciate any donation, no matter what size........every dollar counts Thank You all !
