Join us on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at the Elks Lodge in San Jose, CA for Jim Gordon's Memorial Benefit Concert hosted by The Groove Kings. Doors will open at 2:00 p.m.
To honor my Dad and pay it forward, we would like to raise money for the Mayo Clinic. They are a place where hope is real and they have helped so many people who have been in hopeless situations.
We will celebrate my Dad's life and his birthday (June 23) with great music and the people who loved him most... Just what he would want.
Hope you can celebrate with us.
Lauren and Marissa Gordon

Jim's Journey: My Dad received the ultimate gift of life from the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL - a new liver. My Dad was suffering from NASH that ultimately turned into full liver failure and needed a liver transplant. The Mayo Clinic doctors, nurses and staff were absolutely amazing. They took such great care of my Dad and did everything they could to help save his life. Unfortunately, due to unforseen complications, my Dad lost his life on May 11, 2014. The Mayo team was so disheartened and treated us with the utmost respect and helped us navigate one of the most difficult decisions my sister and I ever had to make. We know he would like to give back to them in some way for all the care and support we received throughout this time.
