Jim Nesper Memorial

Jim Nesper, loving husband of Libby and father to Katherine, Carol and Will passed away on May 22, 2017.  A complicating factor in adjusting to his death is that Libby and Jim lost all of their investments and life savings .  This campaign is late in getting started because the family has been trying to figure out how this occured and it is still unclear.  There will be a delay in Libby getting  funds from the Veterans Administration to cover her living expenses.   We would like to complete the campaign by October 3.
